I work hard all day training horses and competing.  In my free time I like to compete in triathlons and marathons.  I guess you could say I'm a competitive guy.  The problem with this attitude is that my body gets tore up.  I was having some bad pain in my IT bands and my lower leg.  My triathlon coach referred me to Scott at Pro-Active Health.  He cranked on me like I never thought possible.  Trust me.  This is not your day at the spa type of massage.  At times, I'm breathing hard and my eyes are popping.  But it's the only thing that fixes my problems.  I've been to doctors who just shrug their shoulders and want to give me pills to cover up the pain.  I don't care what the pain is or where it is.  Scott can fix it!  If you have any pain, you should check it out.

Several friends of mine referred me to Scott at Pro-Active Health Therapeutic Services.  I started training and competing in marathons.  I was having pain in my hamstrings and IT bands.  Scott seemed to know right away what the problem was and how to fix it.  I was able to resume my training and compete pain free.  I started seeing Scott on a regular basis as part of my training schedule.  It really helps.  Moreover, I have had some other muscular back pain come up not related to sports and he was able to help me take care of that also.  I would highly recommend Pro-Active Health Therapeutic Services for anyone who is experiencing any kind of pain.  Scott will be able to help.

I am a professional singer and dancer.  I also do some acting on stage and film.  I have been coming to Scott at Pro-Active Health for probably seven or eight years now.  When I perform, I give it my all.  This sometimes means I over do it and end up with some aches and pains.  I really like Scott's method of Sports Massage.  Don't get me wrong, it's often intense and sometimes down right painful.  But I have tried those other types of massage and it just doesn't help.  He has been able to help me with pain that even my doctor couldn't help with.  I don't like taking a bunch of pills that just mask the pain.  I want someone to "fix it."  That's why I go to Scott.  I have recommended him to many people without hesitation.
